We are currently looking for a GP Doctor to join our team to fulfill a 6-Month contract in the Surrey Area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the one of our Surrey based clients where you will be providing service on the day basis conducting home visits for frail older people who may be at risk of admission.
You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of GPs, community matrons, hub coordinators, pharmacists, social workers and mental health practitioners.
